Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Delivery within mainland Spain takes between 1 and 4 days. If you place an order after 12:00 p.m., it will be shipped the next business day (or on Monday if the order is placed on a Friday).
You will be notified by email when your order leaves the warehouse and again when it is out for delivery. This notification will include a tracking number so you can monitor its status.
If delivery is not possible on the first attempt, the carrier will make a second attempt. If the second attempt also fails, the carrier will take your package to the nearest Correos office, where you can collect it within the following days (Correos holds packages for 10 days before returning them).
If the package is not collected within this time, it will be returned to our warehouse, and we will issue a refund for the product. However, shipping costs, both the initial and return, will be borne by the customer.
Pickup Point Shipping: Delivery times for pickup points are the same as for home delivery, 48 - 72 hours. Once your order arrives at the pickup point, it will remain there for 10 days for collection. If the order is not picked up within this time, it will be returned to our warehouse, and we will issue a refund for the product, excluding shipping costs, both the initial and return, which are the responsibility of the customer.
