Refund policy

You may return your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that the product has not been opened or damaged. Once we receive the product and confirm that it is in good condition, we will process the refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If there is an issue with your order (damaged product, incorrect item, etc.), please email us at hola@fitago.es within three days of receiving it so we can assist you. If a product is damaged, please include photos.

In the case of a refund, we will reimburse the amount using the original payment method unless you specify otherwise.
